Artificial turf and hardscaping in American Fork, Utah

American Fork gives us both ends of the spectrum in the same city. The older east side has larger, established lots with room for a real backyard build. Newer west-side developments look a lot like Lehi — smaller yards, newer fill, and a blank slate.

What is different about American Fork yards

Larger established lots justify the full build

On a bigger east-side lot there is room to separate zones: patio, fire feature, turf, and a putting green without any of them crowding the others. These are the yards where a combined turf-and-hardscape plan pays off most.

Canyon-adjacent runoff

Properties closer to the canyon can see more concentrated spring runoff than a flat valley lot. Where that is a factor we plan drainage for the peak, not the average.

Two different jobs by side of town

West-side new builds mean settling backfill and HOA review. East-side remodels mean mature trees, old irrigation, and existing grade. We scope them differently, so do not assume a neighbor's number applies to your yard.

American Fork questions

Can you build a fire pit and seat wall along with turf?

Yes, and it is cheaper done together. Shared excavation, base, and haul-off happen once instead of twice.

Do you install putting greens in American Fork?

Yes. The larger east-side lots in particular tend to have room for a green with real contour rather than a token flat one.
