What the visit actually is

A real appointment, not a callback

One of our hardscape professionals comes to the property, walks it with you, and checks grade, drainage and access. Twenty to thirty minutes, and you do not have to be there for all of it.

Measured properly, not guessed

We pull square footage from satellite imagery, which is accurate to within inches now — genuinely better than a tape in most yards, where a long run and a couple of transcription errors do more damage than people think. What imagery cannot tell us is grade, drainage and access, so we check those on site.

You get a number that day

Scope, base depth, turf product and edge detail in writing — so you can hold it against any other bid in the valley, line for line.

The person who quotes it runs it

No handoff to a call centre, and no bait pricing that moves once the crew turns up.
